I bought this for my teddy bear puppy who’s only three. 4 pounds and it fits her well. The material is very soft, has a place for my cell phone and an adjustable strap for my shoulder. There is a clip for her collar so she won’t jump out however she’s very small and this secures her. My dog is too large for one of these but I thought my mom could use one for her 10 lb yorkie and I was right. He had no problem being in to it but he’s pretty chill in temperment. There is a clasp inside for attaching to harness and hindering jumping out. I would suggest only using this clip with a harness to avoid injuring your dogs neck if they try to jump out. Pocket for cell or poop bags or both. Cute puppy accessory. Also handy for when puppies can’t walk around yet if they aren’t fully vaccinated.
