1) Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery.

If more than 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund (except in cases of non-delivery covered below).


2) Return Eligibility (Condition of Items)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

3) Clothing Size Replacements (Fit Issues)

We accept replacements for dog clothes when the issue is size/fit.

Before ordering, please check the size chart carefully. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best size.

Important:

  • Size/fit replacements are subject to availability.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for size/fit replacements.

4) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item (or wrong quantity), please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (and/or a short video) showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After review, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (reshipment)
  • Refund
  • Partial refund (when appropriate)

Return shipping: In most cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the issue is clearly our error (wrong/defective item), we may provide a solution that does not require a return or reimburse reasonable return shipping after approval.


5) Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.

If you need to change or cancel an order that has already been paid, please contact us within 90 minutes after placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.


6) Items Not Eligible for Return (Exclusions)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are no longer needed or not liked (e.g., color/material preference, “buyer’s remorse”)
  • Items returned used, worn, washed, or not in original condition
  • Any item returned without contacting us first

7) How to Start a Return / Refund Request

  • Photos/video (for damaged/defective/wrong items)

Do not send items back without instructions/approval, as we may not be able to match the package to your order.


8) Refund Processing Timeline

If your return/refund is approved:

  • Once the item reaches our warehouse (if a return is required), it is scanned and processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after approval/warehouse processing (your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund).


9) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund (where applicable).

10) Non-Delivery / Late Delivery (Guaranteed Time)

You may request a refund or reshipment if:

  • You do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 2–5 day processing), or
  • You receive the wrong item.
