Are your products Yorkie-specific?

Our shop is curated with Yorkie proportions in mind (fit, comfort, and lightweight wear). Always check the product’s size chart and notes—some styles run more fitted than others.

How do i place an order?

Ordering on Yorkies-gram.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

How safe is it to order online?

Absolutely 100% safe! We put time and effort into making sure our security system is 100% safe and secure. With our secure online checkout, all of your information is secure.

All data is encrypted safely processed through PayPal. No data is ever stored or seen by our team.

Why was my card declined?

This can happen for a few common reasons:

Your bank blocks international/online payments by default

Billing address details don’t match what your bank has on file

The transaction triggers a security check

Quick fix: call your bank/card provider and approve the purchase, then try again.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible after the order has been placed so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 2-5 business days. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

How can i track my order?

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way!

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine but instead was fake.

How do i apply my discount code?

On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the ‘Discount’ field.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

Can i change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately on [email protected] (not more than 90 min).

Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Customs/VAT rules depend on your country. Any customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility once items have shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged/defective or I receive the wrong item?

Contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

order number

clear photos (or a short video)

brief description of the issue

After review, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund (depending on the case).
