Lifetime Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This policy works alongside our Refund Policy and does not replace it. Please read carefully.
1) What “Lifetime Warranty” Means
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use.
This warranty is not a full replacement guarantee for any reason, and all claims must follow the conditions outlined below.
2) Warranty Claim Window
- You may submit a warranty claim at any time during the lifetime of the product.
- However, if the issue occurs within 15 days of delivery, it will be handled under our standard Refund Policy (Section 4: Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item).
3) What Is Covered
The Lifetime Warranty applies only to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty stitching, broken zippers, or structural failures not caused by use
- Material defects that occur under normal conditions
4) What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Items that are chewed, torn, or damaged by pets during use
- Incorrect sizing or fit issues (covered under standard return policy only)
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Lost or stolen items
5) Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, you must provide:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We may request additional information if needed.
6) Resolution Options
After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (most common solution)
- Partial refund (if appropriate)
- Store credit
⚠️ Lifetime Warranty claims do not guarantee refunds.
7) Return Shipping (Warranty Claims)
- In most cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- For valid manufacturing defects, we may:
- Offer a solution without requiring a return, or
- Reimburse reasonable return shipping after approval
Do not send items back without approval.
8) Replacement Conditions
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- If the original item is unavailable, we may offer:
- A similar product, or
- Store credit
9) Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if:
- The product shows clear signs of misuse
- The claim is fraudulent
- The policy is being abused (e.g., repeated claims on multiple items)
10) How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Product name
- Photos/video of the issue
11) Relationship to Refund Policy
- The first 15 days after delivery are governed by our Refund Policy
- After that period, approved issues fall under this Lifetime Warranty
- All exclusions and conditions from the Refund Policy still apply unless explicitly stated otherwise
